API:Introduction
From KyteWiki
Welcome to the Kyte Developer Network!
We present the Kyte API, which is a powerful feature that opens up access of Kyte content to application developers and our partners
The Kyte API and Application Developers
Programmers can browse channels and shows in the Kyte media database and programmatically post shows on channels they own.
The Kyte API and Partner Websites
Partner sites can offer Kyte features and manage channels on behalf of their users. Presenting the latest show thumbnails, scripted control the embedded Kyte Player, synchronizing user credentials are just some of the features possible with the Kyte API.

- Read the Reference Application documentation, install the code and review it.
- Request upgrade to your API key at devsupport@kyte.com or through your business contact.
